License Agreement

This agreement covers sh4rk's licensed plugins, the products activated with a license key. Procedural CRT is the first. Every other product on this site is covered by the standard license inside the Terms of Use instead.

This is a legal agreement between you and sh4rk for use of the Software. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using it, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it. Every license here is a one time purchase and not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is billed again.

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in your personal and commercial projects created in DaVinci Resolve or another compatible OFX host, subject to the terms below.

2. License Keys and Seats

Each licensed plugin is activated with a license key issued to you on purchase. Your key is on your order at app.lemonsqueezy.com/orders and in the receipt Lemon Squeezy emailed you.

Personal License: for use by one (1) individual only, and may be activated on up to two (2) machines owned by that individual.

Team License: for use by a single team, and may be activated on up to ten (10) machines belonging to that team. A Team License is a separate product; a purchase made as part of a bundle includes a Personal License only.

You may deactivate a machine at any time from within the Software to free a seat.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or share the Software, whether on its own or as part of another collection.
Resell, share, publish, or otherwise disclose your license key to any other person or in any public or private venue.
Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass or defeat the Software's activation or licensing.
Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notice contained in the Software.
Claim ownership or authorship of the Software.

4. Key Disabling and Refunds

Reselling, sharing, or publishing your license key, or otherwise violating this Agreement, will result in the key being permanently disabled without a refund. Requesting a refund of your purchase will also disable the key. A disabled key can no longer be used to activate the Software. See the Refund Policy for when a refund applies.

5. Activation and Internet Connection

Activation requires an internet connection. After activation the Software operates offline, but it must be able to connect to the internet at least once every fourteen (14) days to remain activated. If the license cannot be verified for longer than that period, the Software will ask you to reconnect; your license is not lost, and reconnecting restores it.

6. Demo Mode

Without an activated license the Software runs in demo mode with a watermark over the image. Every control and feature works, so the Software can be evaluated in full before purchase.

7. Preset Cloud Sync

The Software may store your presets, associated with your license key, so that they are available across your own machines. No personal data is stored. This feature operates only while the Software is activated and can be turned off within the Software.

8. Anonymous Performance Reports

The Software can optionally send an anonymous performance report to assist with development. This feature is off by default and is sent only if you choose to enable it. A report contains no personal data and does not identify you, your machine, or your purchase.

9. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain with sh4rk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sh4rk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Software.

12. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination you must stop using the Software and remove all copies in your possession.

13. Attribution

Attribution is not required. You may use the Software without providing credit.

Your legal rights

This agreement does not limit the statutory rights you have as a consumer. If you are in the EU or EEA, the legal guarantee for defective digital content applies regardless of anything above and cannot be signed away. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
