We maintain a rigorous standard for our digital assets. Refunds are an absolute exception and are granted strictly within the first 30 days of purchase under the following mandatory conditions:

1. Verified Technical Malfunction

You must provide a clear screen recording demonstrating a critical error that prevents the product from functioning as advertised. This does not include performance lag on underpowered systems or user-side software version conflicts.

2. DaVinci Resolve Version Requirement

No refunds are allowed for bugs, crashes, or malfunctions encountered while using beta versions of DaVinci Resolve. Only bugs verified on official full stable releases of DaVinci Resolve qualify as refundable malfunctions.

3. FAQ and Known Limitations

No refunds will be granted for issues, limitations, or behaviors that are clearly documented in the product's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section. It is the user's responsibility to review these details prior to purchase.

4. Duplicate Transaction

Verification of the same license purchased twice via the same or different email addresses.

5. Ultimate Creator Bundle

The Ultimate Creator Bundle is a discounted package granting access to multiple products at a significantly reduced price. By purchasing the bundle, you accept the following additional refund conditions:

  • Refunds are not available on the basis of a technical issue affecting a single product within the bundle, as the bundle includes multiple products. If a single product has a verified critical malfunction, a partial refund may be requested but is not guaranteed.
  • Refunds are not available on the basis that a specific product within the bundle did not meet expectations, as long as other products in the bundle function as advertised.
  • Refunds are not available for products you already owned individually prior to purchasing the bundle.
  • If a product is removed from the bundle, a partial refund equivalent to that product's proportional value after the bundle discount may be requested. If a product is replaced with an updated version of equal or greater value, no refund is applicable.

The No Exception Clause

Once the 30-day window has elapsed, all sales are legally final. No exceptions will be made for late requests, regardless of the claimed defect or circumstance.

Grounds for Immediate Denial:

  • Change of mind or item no longer needed.
  • Lack of technical skill required to use Fusion nodes or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Use of beta software versions of DaVinci Resolve.
  • Expected performance demands or technical limitations clearly documented in the product's FAQ section (e.g., system requirements for Blurify).
  • Accidental purchase of a digital download.
  • Discovery of the user's details on unauthorized distribution or leaking platforms.

Note: Upon a successful refund, your professional license is immediately revoked, and your account may be flagged for future purchases.
