Refund Policy

You have 30 days to request a refund if a product is genuinely defective, if you bought the wrong thing by mistake, or if there is a real problem with your order. Because every product is a digital download you keep, this is not a trial or a change-of-mind window: refunds are for the situations below, not for deciding you no longer want it.

Because the download is available immediately, placing an order is a request for it to start right away, and once it is available the 14 day change-of-mind right that consumers in the European Union would otherwise hold no longer applies. Everything below still does, including the legal guarantee for defective digital content, which cannot be signed away.

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record and took the payment. Ask us on Discord or email support@sh4rkk.com and we will request it for you, or contact Lemon Squeezy directly through the receipt they sent you. Lemon Squeezy's own refund terms apply alongside this policy; where they differ, whichever is more generous to you is the one that counts.

1. The product does not work

A verified defect that stops the product working as described. Send a short screen recording of the problem so we can see it. This covers real malfunctions, not performance lag on underpowered hardware, and not behavior that is already documented in the product's FAQ. Bugs seen only on beta or pre-release builds of DaVinci Resolve do not count; test on a stable release first.

2. You bought the wrong product, or bought it twice

If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, or the same license twice on the same or a different email, tell us at support@sh4rkk.com and we will sort it out. Reach out promptly rather than after using the product for a while.

3. Ultimate Creator Bundle

The Ultimate Creator Bundle grants several products at a reduced price, so a few conditions are specific to it:

A problem with one product in the bundle is not grounds to refund the whole bundle. If a single product has a verified defect, a partial refund for that product may be requested but is not guaranteed.
The bundle is not refundable because one product did not meet expectations while the others work as described.
Products you already owned individually before buying the bundle are not refundable as part of it.
If a product is removed from the bundle, you may request a partial refund equal to that product's proportional value after the bundle discount. If a product is replaced with an updated version of equal or greater value, no refund applies.

What is not covered

Changing your mind, or no longer needing the product.
Not having the skill to use Fusion nodes or DaVinci Resolve.
Problems seen only on beta or pre-release DaVinci Resolve builds.
Limitations that are clearly documented in the product's FAQ before purchase (for example the system demands noted for Blurify).
Requests made after the 30-day window has passed.
Cases where the product has been redistributed, leaked, or shared on unauthorized platforms. A refunded purchase also has its license revoked.
For the licensed plugins, a refund permanently disables the license key, and so does reselling, sharing, or publishing it. That is set out in the License Agreement. A disabled key can no longer activate the plugin on any machine.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit the statutory rights you have as a consumer. If you are in the EU or EEA, the legal guarantee for defective digital content applies regardless of the 30-day window above and cannot be signed away. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so they handle the payment and the refund; where their terms differ from this page, whichever is more generous to you applies, as stated above.
