Additionally, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section on the respective product page and are fully aware of any technical limitations or known issues documented therein. Claiming unawareness of these terms or documented product details after purchase is not grounds for a refund or dispute.
All products sold or distributed on sh4rkk.com, excluding the Audio Visualiser Converter, are proprietary and governed by the following standard sh4rk license. The same license is applied to all products except the Audio Visualiser Converter, which is open source and follows an MIT License.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased or downloaded product in your personal or commercial projects, including but not limited to video editing, films, multimedia presentations, and any other project created using DaVinci Resolve or Fusion Studio.

The Audio Visualiser Converter is distributed freely under the MIT License. It may be used, copied, modified, merged, published, distributed, sublicensed, and sold without restriction, provided the original copyright notice and this permission notice are included in all copies or substantial portions of the software. The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
This license applies to all products available on sh4rkk.com unless a separate product-specific license document is provided. Where a separate license document exists, that document takes precedence.
All base prices are set in USD. Converted prices shown in EUR, GBP, AUD, or CAD are estimates based on current exchange rates and are provided for user convenience. Final transaction amounts may vary slightly based on your bank's specific exchange rates at the time of purchase.
Purchasing the Ultimate Creator Bundle grants you a non-exclusive license to all sh4rk's own products currently available in the shop at the time of purchase, plus any new sh4rk products added to the shop in the future, at no additional cost. The Ultimate Creator Bundle includes sh4rk's products only. Third-party or collab products available on sh4rkk.com/shop may not be included in the bundle. Please review the full list of included products on the bundle page before purchasing. By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read and understood the list of included products.
New products are added to the bundle at sh4rk's discretion. Future product availability is not guaranteed on a specific timeline. Products within the bundle may occasionally be replaced or superseded by updated versions. In such cases, the updated version will be made available to bundle holders at no additional cost. All products are subject to their individual license terms. In rare circumstances beyond sh4rk's control, such as legal requirements or third-party disputes, access to specific products may be affected. sh4rk will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to all bundled products at all times.
Purchasing any other bundle grants you a non-exclusive license to all products included in that specific bundle at the time of purchase only. Products added to the shop after your purchase are not automatically included in non-Ultimate bundles unless explicitly stated.
You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sharing standalone project files, macros, or raw assets included in any pack. These tools are licensed for use within your own creative projects only.
sh4rk maintains legacy Ko-fi listings solely to redirect existing Ko-fi subscribers and old links to the official shop at sh4rkk.com/shop. No active sales or support are provided through Ko-fi. All purchases must be made through sh4rkk.com.
Discord roles and community Supporter perks are provided as a courtesy to paying customers and may be revoked if community guidelines are violated.
All products are provided as is without warranty of any kind. sh4rk is not liable for project delays, data loss, or system crashes resulting from the use of procedural plugins or heavy macros.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the My Library section for users found to be violating redistribution terms or engaging in fraudulent refund claims.
