sh4rkk.com is operated by Alex Karras (sh4rk), an independent developer based in Greece. All prices are set in US dollars.
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for billing and for any sales tax or VAT it is required to collect in your country. Your card or bank statement will show Lemon Squeezy rather than sh4rkk.com.
Every product is a digital download, licensed and not sold to you. Delivery is immediate and your access does not expire.
By placing an order you ask for that download to begin right away, and you accept that once it is available the 14 day right of withdrawal that consumers in the European Union would otherwise hold no longer applies to it. This is why the purchase dialog names this page and asks you to accept it before you continue.
Nothing else in these terms limits any statutory consumer right you hold under the law of your own country. The legal guarantee for defective digital content applies regardless, and the refund policy applies in full: a download that is broken, wrong or not as described is still refundable. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and issues every refund.

By accessing sh4rkk.com or purchasing or downloading any assets, you agree to these Terms of Use, including the license terms set out in the License Agreement section below. By proceeding with any purchase or download, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. Additionally, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section on the respective product page and are fully aware of any technical limitations or known issues documented therein. Claiming unawareness of these terms or documented product details after purchase is not grounds for a refund or dispute.
All products sold or distributed on sh4rkk.com, excluding the Audio Visualiser Converter, are proprietary and governed by the following standard sh4rk license.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased or downloaded product in your personal or commercial projects, including but not limited to video editing, films, multimedia presentations, and any other project created using DaVinci Resolve or Fusion Studio.
You may not:
You are permitted to modify products for use within your own projects, provided the modified version is not repackaged, resold, or redistributed.
Some products (for example Text Styles) ship with included style sets (images and videos) and, in some cases, a printable template for creating your own styles. These included styles remain the exclusive property of their creators and may not be shared, sold, redistributed, or published as standalone files or as part of another collection.
Where a product includes a template, that template and all assets bundled with it remain the property of their creators. Using a provided template does not grant any right to sell, share, redistribute, or publish the product, its included styles, or the template itself. You may only sell or distribute styles (images and videos) that you create yourself using the template, provided they do not contain or include any copyrighted assets from the product.
Attribution is not required. You may use any sh4rk product without providing credit.
The Audio Visualiser Converter is distributed freely under the MIT License. It may be used, copied, modified, merged, published, distributed, sublicensed, and sold without restriction, provided the original copyright notice and this permission notice are included in all copies or substantial portions of the software. The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
This license applies to all products available on sh4rkk.com unless a separate product-specific license document is provided. Where a separate license document exists, that document takes precedence.
The licensed plugins, the ones activated with a license key, are governed by the License Agreement rather than by the standard license above. Procedural CRT is the first of them. That agreement sets the seat limits, requires the plugin to reach the internet at least once every fourteen days to stay activated, and permanently disables a key that is resold, shared, or refunded. Every license is a one time purchase and never a subscription.
All base prices are set in USD. Converted prices shown in EUR, GBP, AUD, or CAD are estimates based on current exchange rates and are provided for user convenience. Final transaction amounts may vary slightly based on your bank's specific exchange rates at the time of purchase.
Purchasing the Ultimate Creator Bundle grants you a non-exclusive license to the products listed on the bundle page at the time of purchase, plus new sh4rk products added to the shop in the future. Two products are not part of the bundle and will not be added to it: Text Styles (a collaboration product) and Instant Saver. New products are added at sh4rk's discretion. Future availability is not guaranteed on a specific timeline. Products may be superseded by updated versions, which will be provided at no cost. The current list of included products is always shown on the bundle page; review it before purchasing.
Purchasing any other bundle grants you a non-exclusive license to all products included in that specific bundle at the time of purchase only.
You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sharing standalone project files, macros, or raw assets included in any pack. These tools are licensed for use within your own creative projects only.
sh4rk maintains legacy Ko-fi listings solely to redirect existing Ko-fi subscribers and old links to the official shop at sh4rkk.com. No active sales or support are provided through Ko-fi. All purchases must be made through sh4rkk.com.
Discord roles and community Supporter perks are provided as a courtesy to paying customers and may be revoked if community guidelines are violated.
Download numbers shown on this site are not tracked automatically. sh4rk products sold on Ko-fi and Gumroad before this shop existed, so the figures are added up by hand across Lemon Squeezy, Ko-fi and Gumroad and updated periodically. A product's count reflects its downloads over its whole life, not only since it moved here, and it is approximate rather than a live counter. Reviews are checked by a human before publication: we verify ownership, look for spam or manipulation, and never remove or filter negative reviews. Reviews imported from Gumroad are copied across unchanged. The review page describes that process in full.
We send product announcements and new releases, offers, event and giveaway notices, and policy updates by email. Buying or downloading a product, including a free one, subscribes that address to all of them (Announcements & New Releases, Marketing & Offers, Events, and Legal & Policy Updates), because it is the address we already use to deliver your order. As part of Marketing & Offers, 10 or more days after an order we may send one email asking you to review that product: never twice for the same product, never more than one a week, and never for a product you already reviewed. Every checkout states that by proceeding you accept these Terms, and this clause is part of them. You can turn any category off in one click from the link at the bottom of every email. You can also subscribe without buying anything, on the subscribe page or the user preferences page, and we confirm that address by email first. If you have unsubscribed before, buying or downloading again never puts you back on the list. You can also subscribe, change which categories you receive, switch the address, or unsubscribe entirely at any time from the user preferences page or the unsubscribe link in any email. While your address is subscribed, notices about changes to these policies are sent to everyone on the list and are not optional. Mailing lists are handled by our email provider; unsubscribing is immediate.
All products are provided as is without warranty of any kind. sh4rk is not liable for project delays, data loss, or system crashes resulting from the use of procedural plugins or heavy macros.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the My Library section for users found to be violating redistribution terms or engaging in fraudulent refund claims.
