Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for billing and for any sales tax or VAT it is required to collect in your country. Your card or bank statement will show Lemon Squeezy rather than sh4rkk.com.
Every product is a digital download, licensed and not sold to you. Delivery is immediate and your access does not expire.
Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer right you hold under the law of your own country, including any right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union, except where you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery of digital content and thereby waived that right. Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, that agreement is part of its checkout and its terms; the notice on our purchase dialog tells you before you get there.

All products sold or distributed on sh4rkk.com, excluding the Audio Visualiser Converter, are proprietary and governed by the following standard sh4rk license.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased or downloaded product in your personal or commercial projects, including but not limited to video editing, films, multimedia presentations, and any other project created using DaVinci Resolve or Fusion Studio.
You may not:
You are permitted to modify products for use within your own projects, provided the modified version is not repackaged, resold, or redistributed.
Some products (for example Text Styles) ship with included style sets (images and videos) and, in some cases, a printable template for creating your own styles. These included styles remain the exclusive property of their creators and may not be shared, sold, redistributed, or published as standalone files or as part of another collection.
Where a product includes a template, that template and all assets bundled with it remain the property of their creators. Using a provided template does not grant any right to sell, share, redistribute, or publish the product, its included styles, or the template itself. You may only sell or distribute styles (images and videos) that you create yourself using the template, provided they do not contain or include any copyrighted assets from the product.
Attribution is not required. You may use any sh4rk product without providing credit.
The Audio Visualiser Converter is distributed freely under the MIT License. It may be used, copied, modified, merged, published, distributed, sublicensed, and sold without restriction, provided the original copyright notice and this permission notice are included in all copies or substantial portions of the software. The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
This license applies to all products available on sh4rkk.com unless a separate product-specific license document is provided. Where a separate license document exists, that document takes precedence.
All base prices are set in USD. Converted prices shown in EUR, GBP, AUD, or CAD are estimates based on current exchange rates and are provided for user convenience. Final transaction amounts may vary slightly based on your bank's specific exchange rates at the time of purchase.
Purchasing the Ultimate Creator Bundle grants you a non-exclusive license to the products listed on the bundle page at the time of purchase, plus new sh4rk products added to the shop in the future. Two products are not part of the bundle and will not be added to it: Text Styles (a collaboration product) and Instant Saver. New products are added at sh4rk's discretion. Future availability is not guaranteed on a specific timeline. Products may be superseded by updated versions, which will be provided at no cost. The current list of included products is always shown on the bundle page; review it before purchasing.
Purchasing any other bundle grants you a non-exclusive license to all products included in that specific bundle at the time of purchase only.
You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sharing standalone project files, macros, or raw assets included in any pack. These tools are licensed for use within your own creative projects only.
sh4rk maintains legacy Ko-fi listings solely to redirect existing Ko-fi subscribers and old links to the official shop at sh4rkk.com. No active sales or support are provided through Ko-fi. All purchases must be made through sh4rkk.com.
Discord roles and community Supporter perks are provided as a courtesy to paying customers and may be revoked if community guidelines are violated.
Download numbers shown on this site are not tracked automatically. sh4rk products sold on Ko-fi and Gumroad before this shop existed, so the figures are added up by hand across Lemon Squeezy, Ko-fi and Gumroad and updated periodically. A product's count reflects its downloads over its whole life, not only since it moved here, and it is approximate rather than a live counter. Reviews are checked by a human before publication: we verify ownership, look for spam or manipulation, and never remove or filter negative reviews. Reviews imported from Gumroad are copied across unchanged. The review page describes that process in full.
We only send product announcements, updates, offers, and event or giveaway notices to addresses that opted in. Buying something does not subscribe you. You subscribe by asking us to, on the subscribe page or the user preferences page, and we confirm the address by email first. You can also subscribe, change which categories you receive, switch the address, or unsubscribe entirely at any time from the user preferences page or the unsubscribe link in any email. While your address is subscribed, notices about changes to these policies are sent to everyone on the list and are not optional. Mailing lists are handled by our email provider; unsubscribing is immediate.
All products are provided as is without warranty of any kind. sh4rk is not liable for project delays, data loss, or system crashes resulting from the use of procedural plugins or heavy macros.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the My Library section for users found to be violating redistribution terms or engaging in fraudulent refund claims.
